When you sign up for a loyalty account through our text message program or though the form on the bottom of this page your loyalty account will be activated in all locations.
Once you sign up there is a 24-48 hour hold until your account becomes active in all locations.
Any purchases made during this time do not count towards loyalty points & cannot be added in to your account in the future.
Start Earning
Once your account is activated in all locations you must enter your phone number into the credit card terminal at check out.
This is to be done at every purchase BEFORE processing your payment.
Once your payment is complete, we cannot go back. We cannot add points.
Entering your phone number is your responsibility to ensure you receive points for all eligible purchases. Our new and high technology register systems will keep a running total of your points through every transaction. No need to worry about us missing a step!
Loyalty points are location based. Meaning, you will have a separate running total of points at each location that you shop in.
Because of this, points cannot be transferred between locations or members.
Points System
We wanted our point system to be as easy as possible. EARN 1 POINT FOR EVERY $1 SPENT.
250 points = $5 reward *this is the minimum you can redeem in a single purchase*
500 points = $10 reward
750 points = $15 reward
1000 points = $20 reward *this is the max you can redeem in a single purchase*
Like our coupons you can only redeem your points during a purchase of $50 or more.
When you have points available to use your cashier will let you know how much you have. Whether or not you want to use them or save them & let them grow is up to you!
These points are based off an accumulation process, meaning they increase and decrease every transaction. If you save up all your points they will continue to grow; if you decide to only use a $5 reward your points will only decrease by 250 points. The rest of your points will stay in your account for future use.
Once you hit more than 1000 points you will only be allowed to use $20 in a single purchase, the rest of your points will remain “hidden” until you do.
Promotional Points
Promotional points work the same way as our loyalty point system. EARN 1 POINT FOR EVERY $1 SPENT.
However, promotional points are different than loyalty points. These are points that are accumulated during a specific time period that a promotion is running.
Throughout the year we will run our own promotional programs in which rules will be explained at the start time of the promotion.
Once you hit the corresponding promotional points listed to redeem the promotion, a barcode will be printed on your receipt at the time it is earned. We cannot replace any lost or stolen receipts with a barcode on it. We cannot go back and find your promotional reward.
Disclosures
Our loyalty program does not count towards catering, seafood or gift card purchases.
Rewards cannot be combined with any other print or text advertising coupons.
